Meet “Sue”
On Monday the Year 6 students went for a visit to Puke Ariki to discuss how we are going to produce a lizard habitat at our school for our big Enviro Day project coming up on Friday. We learnt heaps about the different types of lizards, their environment and how to trap them and handle them. Congratulations on a fantastic trip year sixes. We also happened to have a look at the resident dinosaur “Sue” while we were there and were amazed at the size of this creature, as you can see by the photos.
For our Enviro day we are also in need of a few supplies, so if you have any…small plastic buckets (with lids), see-through jars, bamboo, cardboard, large rocks, corrugated iron…can you please drop them off at the school. THANKYOU!!
Very impressed with your problem solving everyone, here are some more of the same problems for you to figure out. First person to post all the answers correctly gets their name on the Award page. Well done for solving the Where in the World is WIZ, stay posted for a new challenge! Good luck everyone and keep blogging!!!
